Terms and Conditions of Membership in the St. Louis Sports Forum - Updated May 5, 2007.

1. The St Louis Sports Forum (SLSF) is a place for civil interaction of its members on pertinent subject matter relating to the forum categories established. SLSF is first and foremost dedicated to being a medium for providing information, opinions, discussions and interactions related to the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team, but information and interactions on other subject matter, within the appropriate section, are also encouraged. The same terms and conditions of membership apply to all sections of SLSF.

2. All applications for registration for membership in SLSF will be reviewed and validated by an Administrator. Questions regarding validity will be discussed by the Administrative Team before a final decision is made.

3. Personal criticism of other posters and/or namecalling is strictly prohibited. It is expected that all interchanges will be respectful of each other. Differences and disagreements are likely to occur, but discussants are expected to maintain civility and a respectful tone during their disagreement.

4. Use of vulgar profanity and expletives, including and especially four-letter and Deity-related descriptors and expletives or abbreviations of such, are strictly prohibited. SLSF is for fans of all ages, and language is expected to be appropriate for all such readers.

5. This site is made available at no charge to any and all individuals, groups, or entities. The contents on this website are offered on a non-profit, non-commercial basis, and are offered for educational purposes only. The sending or posting of commercial links or unsolicited commercial messages (i.e., spam) either via user profile, signature line, public message, private message, or via email is strictly prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy on spam, in any form. Commercial use is strictly prohibited except when explicitly permitted by the Administrative Team. This does not include the occasional exchange of an extra ticket(s) between regular members of the forum (i.e., unloading an extra ticket or two is fine, just don't go overboard. When in doubt, please ask...).

6. Failure by a member to abide by these terms and conditions will result in consequences up to and including suspension or cancellation of posting privileges and permanent banning from membership at SLSF.

Folks, we've alowed images and links to be included in the signature and profile areas. But there are limits:

Profile: No commerical images, No commerical links

Signature: Non-commerical homepage links & non-commerical images only

If you are wondering if your link or image is OK, then ASK one of the admins before placing it in your signature or profile.
